Subject: 12.03.2019 Tickle me, it's Tuesday 20 miles on the trainer. Hope for a swim at lunch time...see if that works out.
Trainer was 1 easy set (15:00 ), 2 hard, 1 less hard. I sweat my kajebus off.
Also it felt like my seat bones were a little tougher than they were over the weekend. It's so funny how our bodies change and adapt throughout these training periods.
