Subject:03.12.2020 What motivates you on Thursdays?
I got in an 8-1/2 mile run this week. I have been dialing down the run effort just a hair for the last three 8-1/5 milers because I got to where I was feeling spent. So today was another day where I set my goal pace about 5-10 seconds/mile slower than what I had been doing but at the end of the run the pace worked out to be about where it was when I was pushing a little bit harder.

5 mile run at the track with my boys. They switched back and forth between running with me and playing on the playground. It's getting fun now that they are starting to want to get involved in sports and activities!
