Subject: 04.13.2020 - Monday, Monday Well...after last week's poorly guided week I started this week outright by hitting the bike Trainer for a 65-minute workout. IT hit a little of everything 10 minutes at FTP, 15 minutes V02 Max intervals, 15-minute big gear work, and 10 minutes tempo work. The struggle the past two weeks has been trying to map a plan with an undefined endpoint. At this point I guess I just have to pick a point and block everything else out. |
