Subject: 05.11.2020 - Mending Monday I got on the bike trainer for 45 minutes this morning. I didn't do any bike work at all last week since I had three running Time trials and the week before that I did one recovery bike session and two bike time trials. So...even though a choose moderate workout I struggled to get through it. So this virtual racing distraction has totally derailed my training. So...make to the beginning. I am thinking that after trashing my legs with virtual races that a slow easy build phase will be a good next step. Have a great day BT! |
