Subject: RE: 05.19.2020 - Thursday Training Although I have competed in endurance races sporadically for many years I don't think I ever truly committed to an aerobic base building phase of training. Lately, I have been watching a heart rate monitor very closely and trying to be extremely patient to test this type of training theory.
Today involved a very slow 30 mile bicycle ride and a very slow 4.3 mile run/walk.
My goal is to make it until the middle of June without any speed, interval, or AT work for an event November 1st. |
