I took one in the suffer today! Was heading out for 6, turned back at just over 1.5 miles. Some days we have it, some days we don't. My body felt tired, not my legs, just my everything.
5:30 AM - 70-mins on the bike trainer. I made it through 6 x 5min intervals @ 345-350W. The work out called for 108% FTP (357W) but after failing on my last two-interval workouts I just wanted to finish. It wasn't easy but I held on by a hair and completed all 6 intervals. I am starting to get some of my bike fitness back. Today was a mini-victory that I really needed.
Steve, It sounds like you are right where I have been for about the past two weeks. I am just starting to pull out of the slump.
