Export data function not working

Last week, I noticed my January bike mileage listed in BT did not match my Garmin monthly report. I then checked various other sites and all of the matched except BT.  I manually scrolled through and did not find any missing data so I decided to export my training log for a more detailed look. Unfortunately, when I follow the directions from https://beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=1066# only one row of data is exported, rather than the data from all of the dates selected.
