Here is this past weeks of data.  Pullups and squats stayed the same.  Will try to do better next week!

I started working out with an old friend who is really pushing me hard...but have completely changed my routine...Some of the exercises on my list, I simply didn't do this week...but I have grown stronger...may need to revise what exercises I have on my chart.  Pullups still no uno...and I did 1 unassisted
