Just couldn't hit sub-5:00.

What would you do differently?:

2nd split needed to be faster, but couldn't do that. Went for broke and didn't hit sub-5.

Jogged to car and walked with boys.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

June's lack of proper speed training.

Event comments:

Hard race! First time slower than 5:00 since my first 1 mile back in 2008 or so!
