Subject: Sorta Dumb New Guy Hello, im a 22yr old guy whos never done any triathlon stuff before, but now I want to. Im 5'11" and 150lbs, and not looking to lose any wieght. Im still pretty toned from wrestling in high school, but have been inactive for the past 4 years in the air force. I want to swim every other day cause im horrible at it. However, im not sure what I should do on the days in between swimming. Anyone have any ideas? |
