 Comments: Started out WAY to fast. (6.5 min mile) tried to slow a bit but did not slow enough and it cost me and I had to slow. It took me almost 10k to regroup and then we were into the last stretch which was mostly uphill. At this point I choked this race up for fun and continued to run it that way. http://ricemantoironman.blogspot.com/2006/09/lake-ainslie-half-mara...                                         Warm down: light walking, some sweets. and hot shower. What limited your ability to perform faster: started out to fast and burnt out Event comments: This is a really nice small town race. The roads are not the best for running on and there is a good number of hills but if your looking for a nice fun run then I would highly recomend this one.. Last updated: 2006-10-11  12:00 AM
