I only recently found this site and am interested in sprint duathlons as well....I already run (ahem, jog! ) 2x/wk [3-5 miles per run] and bike 2x/wk [20-30 miles per ride] as well as strength training.
I've got the base, now just need to stop doing 'junk' miles and have a purpose!
It's kinda scary for me to actually make a committment to this..... :-O |
