Subject: RE: I'm close to having a solid "six pack".....Well...
the reason for the challenge is....I am not doing any workouts now, since the race season ended. Prior to this I was doing 100 pushups a day, working out on an exercise ball and doing Crossfit.
I am open to suggestions, and we'l have to exchange photos to keep each other honest if we start the challenge.
Also, what would you guys like to bet on? Something small, like twenty bucks ? Or, is this worth more to you guys? I will be psyched when I get there but am not sure what it's worth yet. |
