Subject: Excel help please

I'm trying to make a Christmas for my kids (to send to Nana and my brothers).  I set it up in Excel and made it look all pretty, but isn't there some way I can make it so that when she clicks on "toy airplne" it will take her to a webpage that has that toy?  She doesn't want to have to do tons of searching and I thought this would be the easiest way for her to see the things they like.

Thanks!!

Amy, right click on an empty cell and click hyperlink. At the top type in what you what to appear in the cell, and at the bottom paste a copy of the link.

Let me know if there is a problem.

Copy the url of the site you want to link to

Go to excel, on the location you want to link from

Click "Insert" and choose "hyperlink"

Enter the name you want to appear "Jimmy's Favorite Train"

Hit "Control V" in the address field to copy the url there

For example - New Bike

You could make the cell a hyperlink by replacing it with (ex) www.newbike.com (whatever the link is).  or...

Leave the cell as New Bike, then create a drop-down underneath with the hyperlink inside.

You should be able to right-click on the cell, and choose Hyperlink from the menu, then copy and paste the address into it.
If that doesn't work, just copy/paste the address, and tell her to copy/paste it into her web browser.
