Subject: escape from alcatraz
I won a spot in the race!
I need some info on the race, I know the water is cold,curents, the bike hilly and the run hilly as well. Any other info would be great thanks

There are some great race reports from last year. Most are pretty detailed. I also saw that you can buy a 2006 DVD/training book for this race from TriCalifornia for approx. $70.
