16 x 100, descend 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16
Just looking for some help. Can't really figure out how to do this.
Could someone clarify what this means.

Swim 100 yards 16 times, resting between each 100. Make each group of 4 100's faster than the previous group of 4.
