Good job Steven!  I hit my weekly goals with....

27.31 miles/150 miles bike

7.5 miles/50 miles run

Felt like a short week so I was happy to be on pace

Team Mellow Yellow is going to take this thing...

I missed the run goal but made up for in the bike!  250/600 minutes.  This week is a heavy run week so I should be on the right track by Saturday.

Good luck you guys!!

Okay Team.....being your official head cheerleader and data guy, I expect everyone to kick some serious a$$ on this challenge.  We are in the lead and let's keep it that way!  I want those other teams to just mumble every Monday when they see how far behind the leader (that would be us) they are....

Also, please fill in your logs in a timely manner (by Sunday PM) so I can get our results to Donto as soon as possible on Monday morning.  Thanks!!!!

Do we have a spreadsheet or table showing our teams goals and what they have reached?

Not yet (or it is not complete since it excludes you and Electra)....I am expecting a email from Donto soon.  Will share when I do.  If you can't wait, you can grab the original file that was posted by Donto in the main challenge thread....beware, the calculation for meeting the weekly run pace is not correct (at least on the Yellow Team page).

Well team, I'm doing miles and so far it is  going OK. Will be ramping up the runs this week. So far I am setting at  80.69 mile/200 miles for the bike

and     12.1 miles/125 miles for the run. So I'll be thinking about how good you are all doing in the morning when it is freezing and I just want to not go out in the cold. But I won't let the team down.

Team Yellow Rules!!!

I bagged my long runs and bike since I was at my ski condo and I don't have a trainer and -3 degrees it just too darn cold even for me. I will be making up those sessions during the week so I should be way ahead of target by the end of the week.

 Bike 150/720 minutes

running 115/480 minutes

Ok, I set my goals a bit late to have planned anything for last week, but I'm on it for this week.

Progress so far, 0 / 6 hrs bike (no worries, starting up this week!) and 16.5 / 72 miles run.

Go Yellow

I'm far from Mellow but Donovan is one of my secret favorite musicians....so the name sounds good to me.

Nice job Steven!  I think Team Mellow Yellow is going to do quite well in this challenge....as long as we can get Tacomaluv off the slopes long enough to train

Had a good week once I joined the challenge and planned out my workouts.

I'm now at 2 / 6 hrs bike (@ pace by my calc's)

and 25.63 / 72 mi run (ahead pace)

My biggest issue is getting my swimming goals and bike goals accomplished without creating too many double or triple days! Anyway, things look manageable and I won't be a drag on the group!

I'm taking the weekend off from snowboarding so I can get caught up on household chores.

I have a brick planned for today and a hockey game tonight. Sunday is a long run with a long swim.
