Subject: Can I export my 'actual' log data?

I searched the forums, but was surprised not to find anything containing the word export.

Is there any way to export my training log?  I'd love to bring it into excel and back it up as well as create my own graphs.

As much as I LOVE the site, I'd hate to put an entire training year worth of info into it and have no way of getting it back out easily...

Yup. Go to your Training Settings and near the top of the page immediately above the 'Friends' list is a link called "Export Log Data". This will export your data to a .csv file.
