Subject: Swimming drills--training suggestions?Can anyone suggest drills to do for a newbie? I mean I get in there and swim but just do my own thing basically. I use fins, buoy, paddles and dont know how many sets of each I should do or to add speed drills or to what... I would like to build stamina and speed and since I'm a chick, can use upper body strengthening to help with propulsion. Any suggestions? |
