Subject: Core training question
When it says to do Core #1 -2x

Does that mean that I do all of core 1 with 2 sets of each?

I know it might be a stupid question but I am on day 2 of my training plan and want to make sure I am doing it correctly.

Correct, 2 sets of the Core#1 routine.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. One more question, when I try to save the core exercises under the muscle category the names are different than on the descriptions, how do I know what exercise is what?

Some of them are actually in the ABS category.  For Core#1, the ones listed as abs I copied into core...so they should be there now...and they do follow the naming pretty exact I'm pretty sure.
