I did it with my Dad and stepmom, although made the mistake of going out with a faster group (~18mph) for the first 80 mi, and then paying for it in the last 25.

Warm down:

Ate fried chicken, drank lots, ate the salt packages out of the boxed lunch.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Didn't eat/hydrate enough.

Event comments:

It was for charity, and the voluteers were awesome. I think they raised something like $70,000!

Course:	BAHS!!! there was this set of "Rollers" (hill after hill, no recovery time) with six hills and each was worse than the last. Had to do them 3x. The course was 4 loops, a 15 mi, then a 25 mi, then a 40, then the 25 mi again. There were multiple lenght options, people could go 14, 40, 80, or 105.
