Take care of that back. The core/abs work can be brutal on a bad back. Sometimes when my back is hurting me I break out the good ole stability ball to do crunchs on.

I nixed one race this weekend in order to let my back heal. I have another race on Saturday that I'm still debating about running in. It's not a big race (Race for the Cure) so I could walk it if I wanted to. I'm going to try doing a few abs exercises this week but I'll have to see how I feel. I don't want to let anyone down. I still plan on doing 2 per week but I will lower the number of reps.

Hey all! Great name suggestions. (Haz, go play in your own thread.) Let's go with The Red Hot Bod Squad and our motto is "We're the Red Team and you suck!" We should have shirts.

For some reason, we have Johnny Bee on our list. He is also listed on the Black Team. If he pulls his weight, I say we keep him. If not, what do we do with infiltrators?

Since when does the blue team (Haz) get to rag on us on our own team thread? I think that kind of ~~garbage talk~~ "encouragement" should go on the main thread, right? Maybe the Red Hot Bod Squad should find a way to put Haz in his place - back in the blues!!! I mean, it's in his best interests anyway...can't let his delusions of grandeur go on forever!

Oh...and I got both of my workouts in this week. I'm 2 for 2!! Everyone keep up the crunching! I can hear those flabby abs screaming now....

Both my workouts are done for the week!! Sadly, they're pretty much the only workouts I got at all - I spent wednesday thru friday barely conscious due to a head cold. Yuck. I think it's better though. Onward and upward! Crush the Blues!
