Subject: '06 Orbea Aletta for SaleI'm trying to sell my '06 Orbea Aletta. This bike has treated me well, but despite having two professional fits, it has just never fit me quite right. Specs: Frame: Orbea Aletta (aluminum, carbon rear triangle)Size: Small, 53 cm top tube, 46 cm seat tube Fork: Zeus Aero (Orbea brand fork) Shifters: Shimano Dura Ace Brake Levers: Tektro RX 4.1 Brakes: Shimano Ultegra Rear Derailleur: Shimano Ultegra 10 Front Derailleur: Shimano Ultegra 10 Chain: Shimano Ultegra 10 Cassette: Shimano Ultegra 10 (12-27) Post: Profile RazR Carbon Crank: FSA SLK 53-39 (172.5 crankarms) Bottom Bracket: FSA MegaExo Wheels: Easton Vista Bar: Profile AluminX Saddle: Selle Italia Nova Tri
Advertised Retail $2,369The bike has 900 miles on it. No mechanical problems, and I just got it back from the shop for the annual tune-up. I've ridden it in 7 time trial races and 6 triathlons. This is a solid, excellent riding bike with a stiff bottom bracket and good handling. Like I said, the frame size is just wrong for me, and no amount of tweaking the fit is ever going to change that. Given the condition of the bike, I would like to get $1600, but the price is negotiable. The key is that I get enough money to have a respectable down payment on the replacement. Picture attached.
