Subject: RE: looking for my old training logUse the links at the top of your log; 'blog calendar week month year' to navigate to different reports. For instance, I found some of your 2005 data by going to the 'year' link and selecting 'actual' and putting in 2005 as the year. You just have to use the appropriate reports then dial-in the dates that you logged. Once you figure this out, you can use the 'blog' view to see your workout comments where you can adjust by month and year under the minicalendar. Let me know if you need any help with this. |
