Subject: RE: 1/23/04I haven't ever put my training stuff in here--so I thought I would just jump in.
Fridays are basically a rest day, but I do bike to work with a slightly increased cadence. It's about 11 miles and it takes me a little less than 45 minutes. (lots of stopping and starting ). I'm pretty slow on the bike as it is. But with my new bicycle trainer purchase (yippee! ), I hope to put in lots of miles and improve considerably!
