Swim
Comments: One of my best open water swim ever!!! I stayed in course ar all times after first buoy I started to feel good and confident. It was cold but I did not made a difference to me. What would you do differently?: Nothing, maybe wear a wetsuit next time to go faster Transition 1
Comments: It was a long run to T1, try to lower my HR a little by walking. What would you do differently?: Practice mounting/jumping on the bike. Bike
Comments: It was challenging, first hill was a little hard , just getting settle into the bike, the rest of the course was challenging keep me alert, had a Gu Gel after 15 min. of riding, Last hill was a killer!! got me off my seat!! What would you do differently?: Check my equipment before riding, check the course the day before, work on my turns and downhills.. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Practice jumping off bike, wear socks or find different shoes. Run
Comments: Still slow, negative split though ,I am still feeling it in my legs What would you do differently?: Work on speed Post race

Overall Rank = 131/199
Age Group = 30-34
Age Group Rank = 18/25
Got up at 5am, had a breakfast bar, drove 15 min to race site, ate another bar on the way there, set up transition area. had a GU Gel 45 min before race, ate another one 15 min before start.
Rode bike for 5 min to make sure everything was working OK, jog to the car to drop off extra stuff that I did not needed, got in the water 3 min before start to get aclimated.
