This am sam 40 minutes -- did not count laps, worked on drills
a very short weight training circuit on machines -- shouldn't really even count this

Another walk scheduled for this afternoon (weather dependent) with a friend.

Bike to and from work: 20 miles in approx 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Very short evening run of 2 miles as I have no more time than that.

Very long and disappointing day at work. Due to the snow storm there were a large volume of car accidents brought in and sadly we could not help a few of those patients. Deeeep Breatttthhhhh! Ahhh! Venting for a second. Thanks. I'll have to double up on my training this week to make up the lost opportunity today. Though I do need to keep my off days off! See ya manana!
