Subject: RE: Editing logAs far as plans, you may want to check out the swim and bike workouts of the 'run focused' plan in the winter maintenance area, or one of the winter maintenance plans (4-7 hour?)...they should be lighter in volume. Looking at them they are still 3x per week but you can adjust them down as needed to work with your marathon plan...maye 2x per week in the swim and bike. And before importing anything, delete any swim and bikes that are still in your planned training in the date range of your new import. |
