hrmm.....

I was going to work til 3:30, drive home til 4:30, trainer ride til 6:00, run 6:30-7:15, then see my GF. I was notified I have to work from 7p to 7a so I am debating on what to do.

Maybe now.....3:30p-7p sleep in office, 7p-7a work, drive home til 8a.....oops I guess I am into the 29th.

Doesn't it suck sometimes when life/work gets in the way of training?

I hear you Craig, but for some reason we still have to pay the bills :-)

AM - was cold (for FL) so skipped optional swim today. I'm still a littl sore from speedwork run yesterday

PM - bike (hard) haven't decided if hard will mean faster pace or longer ride yet. Depends on time and weather.

I have been working on a plan on giving up the work thing. The only problem is that it would take alot of time from my training for about 5-10 years. (I figured if I could acquire about 50 rental properties I could retire). I ended up working out a deal for work though....I will only be on my day job until 11am then come out at 7pm and stay until 11am tomorrow. Same amount of hours (4 hrs OT) but split up differently. I still will be missing my workouts, unless I sneak one in after my afternoon nap.
