Subject: Two questions conerning a days training in plan.First, is it a problem to do both my 1hr 15 min and 45 strength workout back to back with no rest? I don't know if i have the time to make this a 2 a day routine.
Second, i noticed on tomorrow workout after the run it says to add Core 1, 2, or 3. Then on the strength portion of the days workout, it says to put in core 2. Is this two seperate core workouts, or considered the one for the day. Let me know. Being a BTer for some time, but never used the training plans and i am set to run my first marathon (only done half IM ) in jan 08. I look forward to any responses. Thanks. |
