I've only taken up tri's in the last 12 months or so (did a lot of running before that ). I've had a few injuries along the way but the thing that keeps me going is knowing how good I feel/felt when I'm fit. There's nothing like it!! Keep it going - take it a day at a time and you'll get to where you want to go.
If the idea of stepping up in that first tri scares you, trust me, the buzz you will get during and afterwards is awesome......
