Can't get graphs to work....

Champion 13323 Gold member | Subject: RE: Can't get graphs to work.... if using windows explorer, make sure its updated then right click on icon and go to internet properties>advanced and then make sure you have the box under 'java sun' checked and under 'microsoft vm' have JIT compiler for virtual machine checked. this seems to be what is needed on all the machines i use. let me know how this works. ps - it takes a few seconds to load, when hitting the graph button try not to use the scroll bars immediately as sometimes this messes the download up. |

Nor anything useful in IE help (ie no reference to java at all!) Downloaded java from the Sun website and all is well. Not sure whether that was necessary but it has fixed the problem. |
