I think I would check with a Doctor or nutritionalist on what types of food to eat to put on some weight also. I have problems both putting on and taking off weight. I am 6'1 and 165-170 lbs. I really don't want to build that much bulk because I worry that it may slow me down. I do lift though to make me stronger and more powerful while swimming biking and running.
Check into plans such as the one Ron posted (you have to take off the 3 periods at the end of the web address ) and stick with something for atleast 3 weeks before expecting to see drastic results. Good luck and ask as many questions as you have.....someone will have some experience on the subject. |
