Comments: I was very tired and my stomach was not right. I wanted to stop and walk but it was only 3 miles so what the heck. What would you do differently?: Get more sleep. Not drink alot the night before. Post race
Warm down: Walked around because I was feeling pretty crappy. My right calf was cramped so I tried to stretch that out. Ate a banana and 1/2 a beer. What limited your ability to perform faster: My weight, my prerace routine. Event comments: This was a fun, small, race good for out of towners. Well I had been out at a wedding reception drinking it up so my sleep was minimal. I had 1/4 of a powerbar and a lot of water.
Stretched. Drank tons of water and gatorade.
