Yay Beth, on the logging! We're continuing on thru the holidays, right?

As for me, I'm down .6 pounds this week to 250! I'm on the threshold.

I think I've said this before, but my goal this Christmas is to NOT gain 10 lbs in one week (I've done it 2 years running).  It got to the point that I would cheer when I'd see the number, just from the pure ridiculousness of it all.  10 lbs in one week...an incredible feat.  I will NOT gain 10 lbs in the next week, and I WILL continue my downward path.

Great job on the losses and tracking everyone.

Yes - I was able to recover my data. Thank God for the Geek squad. Actually, I could have removed the hard drive and placed it in an older machine, but I've been busy and inquired about the price. Geek Squad copied all my data to an external drive for $100 (plus the cost of the drive). I now back up all my data daily.

Ummm, who do I work for? Not Otis elevator. If I tell you will you promise to keep it a secret? I kind of like just being myself with everyone here. I work for WW.

I was just kidding with the WW question... thanks though!

I guess you're not the Lani I was thinking about - that would have been a real coincidence!

Nice to meet you anyway!

I figured that...but I had to tie in the Wisconsin thing...(and I was having a stupid moment).

Yes, 10 lbs in 1 week.  It was mostly due to the fact that I was eating things that were a lot higher in sodium then I normally do (not a salt girl over here).  Held on to a lot of water weight.  I'd normally loose about 6 lbs of it the next week, but it would take a month to get the other 4 off...that will NOT happen this year...

hey everyone.  these last few weeks have been terribly exhausting.  work is picking up and this time of  year is always really rough for me.  i feel like i live in darkness since it's dark on the way to work and typically dark on the way home from work...i only am out in sunlight on the weekends or if i go out for lunch or something.  i really am glad that winter solstice is soon and the sunlight hours will get longer.

ww wise, i'm doing well.  i was down to 238 on saturday at wi, but my holiday christmas party has done me in and i'm back up to 240s again.  it's not "real" fat..but just fake weight..so i gotta keep with the program and hopefully get back down under 240 this weekend before I head home for the holidays.  I've recruited my running dad and sister to be my partners so I can keep on track while I'm at home and maybe I can find a way to work out at a gym or something for a few days.  probably no running or anything outside....from what I hear from my mom and other friends, there are at least 10 inches of snow outside and they are expecting more later this week!  and they wonder why I moved away, LOL!

Hang in there Kimberly. While it's daylight when I go to work, it's freqently dark when I get home and I feel like I only get to sit for a few minutes before heading off to bed.

Safe travel.

Oh no! Gentle hugs to you both! It's hard enough coping this time of year when you're healthy!

I'm trying really hard to not stress eat. Yesterday DH was told by the USMC that we have to move when he starts his new job...in 2 weeks. Today, someone else is telling him we don't. I wish *they* would make up their freaking minds....I can't stand indecision especially when it involves me.

I'm actually feeling pretty good - stomach thing is gone (for now) and then the other day I put on my favorite old pair of work boots to go cut down our tree and the tendon running along the outside of my right foor became inflamed!!! (it's happened before - this time I was just stupid to put the boots on)

So yesterday I went to the foot doctor and got a wonderful shot of cortisone and today it's feeling just about back to 100%...

thanks for asking...

again... I hope everybody's feeling better!
