Other just log workouts and any blogging they do is strictly training related. Others log their workouts, blog about training, and then post random pictures and talk about anything any everything they feel like talking about. But the neat thing about at least logging your workouts is you can watch your volume grow month over month or year over year, and see graphs and all sorts of cool things. If you want to see any of our blogs, you can just click the LOG button at the bottom of any ones of these posts to be taken to the persons blog/log. OR if you have them listed as Friends on your own log, you can just click their picture and be magically taken there. Thanks! I've tried before, I'm just not that good at logging stuff for some reason. but, with the multi challenge, I'll see if I can "man up" and get it done. :D John |
