D001 - 2008-02-20 7:23 PM So there I was last night, ready for some T.I.T.S. while tuning into the Amgen Tour of California, brought to us courtesy of Versus TV.... I hop onto my sturdy stationary bike, attempt to put a foot onto the pedal.... and proceed to slip forward, crashing smack into the handlebars. Duh. In the process, I jammed two fingers. They are currently turning all shades of blue, black and purple. It's mostly lovely.... Oh yeah, and it makes it really tough to type. :P Coordination... apparently it's not my strong point. LOL I think I may have taught the dog a few new words. And after I decided nothing was broken, I got some T.I.T.S done. Hope your day is going better than mine. LOL

Roast beef and mashed potatoes.  I'm on soft diet right now since my TMJ is acting up again.  Frustrating, but it seems to be helping.
