CrossFit today was a BEAR. 5 rounds of: 15 dead lift, 12 power squat cleans, 9 front squat, 6 push press. I used 75#. Women's prescribed was freakin 95#. No way. I was just...about kilt by this one. My arms are still wobbly. 21:57 was my time.
What is a power squat clean? I know what a power clean and a squat clean are, but never heard of a power squat clean
I'm out of action right now though, sick, again... very frustrating  |
