Good work luv!  You'll be bench pressing your body weight before you know it!  Those are some strong swim times in your log, great job.

This will seem silly after the CrossFit Games thread.    I used to read some of the named workouts and chuckle, "yeah, maybe someday".  Well today I finished Angie.  No scaling.  It took forever, but I did it.  Boy, do I need to learn how to kip.  The pullups took all the energy out of my arms.  If left alone I could do 100 pushups much, much faster.

Total Time - 38:46

100 Pullups - 17:20

100 Pushup - 10:40

100 Situps - 5:35

100 Squats - 5:11

So, I have to shave 10 miuntes off my Angie time to match Pueblo.  I think I'll just skip situps and squats, that oughtta ALMOST do it!

Squat 195/285/295(f)
Press 120/130/140(f)
DL 230/320/330/340/350(f)

Not a PR but just didn't have the mindset today to push beyond my comfort zone. The last week has been full of excuses, I need to push beyond them and fight through! Have a great weekend everyone!

CrossFit today was a BEAR. 5 rounds of: 15 dead lift, 12 power squat cleans, 9 front squat, 6 push press. I used 75#. Women's prescribed was freakin 95#. No way. I was just...about kilt by this one. My arms are still wobbly. 21:57 was my time.

What is a power squat clean? I know what a power clean and a squat clean are, but never heard of a power squat clean

I'm out of action right now though, sick, again... very frustrating

OH and a fun story. To me, anyway. So I've never had muscles. I'm still not exactly what I'd call "ripped" but I'm getting some fun mossles. =) Today I was doing this workout, and at one point I was leaning down, hands on knees, trying to breathe...and I saw out of the corner of my eye...my biceps. Then I looked for real and yep...that's them. There they are! WHAT??? I HAVE MUSCLES THERE WHEN I'M NOT TRYING TO? AWWWWWWESOME!

Wooo, congratulations!!! Have you named them yet? It's very important, you can get a lot more out of them if you use their names.

This looks like a good one. What was the prescribed weight for men?

Um, I don't have a calculator handy buuuut...should be well 95# is 75% of the men's prescribed weight...that help?  I'm thinking 135 but I'm A) bad at math and B) very tired right now. =

Yeah I was thinking it was probably 135. CF tends to go in "plate" increments, e.g., two 25# plates on the bar = 95, two 35s = 115, two 45s = 135. I may start at 115. The 12 cleans with 135 would be a killer.
