Running is my strength and it's not coming easy for me either! Maybe we're all just missing the TdF Challenge a bit. I really did enjoy all that time on the bike and am missing it for sure.

I'm right there with you.  Running is and also has been my arch nemisis.  I sure do miss getting to bike so much.  Right now my bike's in the shop for a tune-up, I'm about to go out of town for 5 weeks so I wanted it in top form so I didn't have to try to find another LBS when I'm away from home.  That means my rides this week have to be on my MTB, which isn't really conducive to long rides.

I am on mountain bike right now as well.  My bike is in shop for tune-up and shorter stem.  But I am in a conference until Friday night so it doesn;t really matter.  My biking group is doing a 60 miler tommorrow and I have to sit inside all day!
