Why is that? Should people make clothes and shoes that fit us athletic people? Is that too much to ask? I cant by pants that arent tooo long for me so everything has to be taken up... and right now Im having jeans issues where nothing stays up properly... And why must my favourite tops always start to break down at the same time... and my gym gear.... why cant they stagger it so its not just one massive expense? I hear you! I have to go a size (or 2) up so the pant fit in the thighs but are so huge in the waist! Frustrating! Size 10 thighs, size 6/8 waist. Ugh! I am sick of spending money on cold weather workout gear. Bryan is tired of it too! Umm yeah I have that problem but with tops... if something fits my chest its often too big for the rest of me and vice versa...

How are you tonight? Hey! I'm doing pretty good. Just did a 4 miler on the dreadmill. It was boring and slightly excruciating, but all in all went well. I also cooked for the second night in a row so I'm amazing myself this week It was all in the spirit of detox, however, I will admit that I'm drinking wine. I made it one whole day - does that count? Detox is overrated! What are you drinking? I'm finishing off some Cabernet Sauvignon. It's yummy! I'm also drinking a cab Yum. I figure red wine has all those good antioxidants and what not. Yup my trainer reckons drinking red wine on rest days is a good thing... although I think he may have said a glass or two... But they do make some BIG glasses... You know my thoughts on a proper serving size Is it bad that I'm still sitting here in my running clothes rehydrating on wine? What, that is not what you are supposed to be rehydrating with? Of course, I usually rehydrate with coffee but I can see where wine would be a good option too! LOL! This summer when I was in my peak training, always doing two workouts a day, I ran a 10K in Central Park and grabbed a coffee on the way home, got home and jumped on the trainer for an hour and I proceeded to eat an Eggo waffle and finish the coffee while I rode. It was hilarious. Nice! A 10K in Central Park sounds wonderful! I could use a change of scenery around here! I need to find a different running route. I'm bored with mine. |
