I'll be there earlier. Probably by 5:30 or so. I'll just be doing some repeats up and down Windhaven. Come by whenever you get there and I'll do some repeats with you or do some loops in the area with you.

I'll be out there tomorrow night, Thursday. But, I'm doing intervals on the other side (west) of Plano Parkway. If you're tired of hills, come do intervals.

Looks like it won't be raining (dang it!), so I'll be riding tonight. If I see you Tommy I'll do some interval work, but I doubt I'll see you since you ride so fast!

Well, pretty soon my season is going to be wrapping up, and it will be getting dark early... so I don't see this happening too many more times kiddos.

Hill repeats are back! Aimee and I are meeting on the North side at the top of the hill. Not at the bottom like we did last year. And now there is a sidewalk so we are running up and down Windhaven after riding it.

Not sure about the rain. Will play it by ear. We will be there by 6.

I need to get some hills in before the Austin 70.3 quadzilla kicks my . Also where is this hill, where do you meet?

Google 'Cafe Gecko, 6855 Windhaven Parkway, The Colony, TX' and that will get you right by the hill in question.

Also bring your running shoes. You can run up and down Windhaven after riding it. Great training for Longhorn! For that race you need to be ready to run 13.1 miles of hills in miserable heat.
