Been ralking on the beach, barefoot and am paying for it with blisters on my footsies. But life is grand when on vacation so I'm not complaining. So jealous! I want to go on a real vacation. |

Elite 3144 | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Good afternoon Gobblers! We finally won a softball game!!! We were shorthanded today, but actually played our best ball of the season. I celebrated with a little over 3 miles and my first ST session of the month. I also introduced my sore right leg/hip flexor the the foam roller, which I can confirn does indeed hurt like hell. My leg does feel better though, so I'll keep giving it a try. Now I just need to figure out dinner. I'm thinking tilapia with some kind of steamed veggies... Have a good night all! |

I added the sessions back in, but don't know how to make sure it gets tracked in the team total. Just put your goals onto the spreadsheet. Don't worry about the "totals" columns yet. I'll add that in at the end of this week. (I'll need to do it for all the teams, not just this one.) |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Spreadsheets: For the spreadsheets that I've put up, you can always access them via the link on the first post of your team thread. (Or on your team links table, if that's been created for your team.) Please do NOT worry about changing the spreadsheet "total" columns. Just enter your goals. Later this week, I will correct any issues with the "total" columns. (Yes, I will make sure your numbers are counted in the Team Totals. LOL) Thanks! Dee |

For instance, I had Halloween candy for dinner and a little itty bit of chicken. |

I went with broccoli for the veggie and some vermicelli to round it out. Good stuff. |

Champion 10742 Ames, IA | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge I had a minor freakout session tonight. I put my road bike on the trainer and as I was getting ready to ride I realized my road shoes didn't have any cleats (tri shoes stay on the tri bike, which is in the garage hoping to see some road still, and have speedplay cleats vs SPDs that are on the roadie) I spent 20 minutes scouring the apartment for some spare cleats. Just about gave up before the light bulb went off in my head and I remembered where they were. Whew! Bike workout out done |
