Subject: RE: Kisses - February ChallengeThe no-stop release run at your own pace morning PT: 50 pushups, 50 situps, 18-ft rope climb, 4 mile run, 5 mile ruckmark (40-lbs ), back for breakfast. The two toughest parts were going up the rope after the pushups (hope your technique is good using your legs ), and then putting the ruck on after coming in from the run. The standards were 9-minute miles and 15-minute mile rucking. I came in ~37:15 on the run and 52 minutes on the ruck because I jogged the whole thing.
