I understood enough to understand that I don't understand it well. Truthfully, we really only covered the intracacies of a balance sheet, cash flow statements and looming at the financial health of companies based on those. 1 term in an engineering managment program isn't as intense as what you're going though in MBA.

HI CORD!    How was your weekend doll?

I get in SO much trouble with operations. They hate my emails and quotes. You should have seen the shyte-storm when I told a customer 1-2 weeks for delivery instead of 3-4. We advertise 1-2 for this product, but they have gotten engrained with 3-4 for everything. HUGE fight.

If I don't have happy customers, I don't get paid. Pretty primal from my chair.

My last review was just all about how I need to be an advocate for the customer at all times.  I'm not a frickin salesperson and our customers are idiots.  It's going to be HARD to accomplish that this year.  Especially because I come from operations and I'm not willing to off the people that can easily sabotage my projects.  And I like them most anyways, the engineers and salespeople suck, the guy running the equipment has good jokes and talks trash about company 5ks and stuff, so much more interesting out there.
