Ya, yesterday was my day of no exercize. I ended up eating alot! Need to figure out what to do when I have a non-workout day. It needs to be away from the kitchen, and Sunday morning coffee and donuts after church, and homemade oatmeal cookies, and 5 buckets of holloween candy all in plane view.
Oh well back to Breakfast (1 cheeze stick), Lunch (salad), Preworkout (1 cheeze stick), Postworkout (1 apple) and Dinner (random meat random veggie, water).
Tonight is a 10k with no biking, but 30 min weights afterwords. I am trying to figure out what pace I can hold for that long, I guess I will shoot for 6 mph, maybe wheres that calculator.
haloween is the bane of my existance, i've gotten in to the kids' blasted candy almost every night!! what is the purpose of such an asinine tradition?!?!? LOL it's murder on those of us trying to drop a few pounds, and just a mere 3 weeks before thanksgiving?!? who organized this holiday calendar thing anyhow?? |
