The sexy swimsuit disappears by dissolving in water, leaving a woman completely nude and embarrassed. The sexy black swimsuit looks like a real bikini, feels like a real bikini and fits like a real bikini. The only difference is it’s made from a material that completely melts away after a few seconds in water.

Thanks for the warm welcomes.
I have done a couple of sprint tri's this year.  A few 5k and 10K runs.  Looks like I'll be shooting for some tri's at the end of August, possibly the one in Freeport, or maybe Clear Lake.  I started training for Lonhorn, still following a similar training plan.  I won't be able to do it this year but count me in with the 2010 group!  I will be doing the SA 1/2 Marathon.

This year was novice year for me.  Look forward to a great year next year.
I won't be coaching my daughters soccer team anymore since she is moving into the Div 1 dev. level.  I'll have more time to train, but I am sure my younger son will soon volunteer me to coach his team.
I'ts all good.....

Kelli & Eric... I regret to inform you that I (we) will not be in Austin on Oct 18th as I thought we might.  My wife, Jen, has officially signed up for Try Andy's Tri and will be participating in her first ever Tri.  She was motivated by this weekend's work and seems more motivated and serious about it than ever before.  So I will be a full on spectator for this event and will have to read and see the photos from what, I am sure will be, a great weekend with some awesome races put in by both of you!

Happy Monday Kids.

I'm mourning the race that I didn't do this weekend and am starting to twitch from general inactivity.  Short of a few dance classes and push ups/sit ups in my spare time, I haven't done anything in almost a month now (unless you count moving.)

I think I'm going to be headed back to the gym tonight.  Husband is working late and I could use a sweat session to get the beer out.

How was everyone's weekends?

You'll be missed but that's great about the wife! It really does make it easier to hit schedules and get out of bed when the significant other does as well.  I guess we'll be seeing her out at 288 lake more often now?

Nicole's coming back full force?!?!

Was a good weekend, I really enjoyed teaching the OWS clinic.  Was a little intimidated when I was told it was going to be so big but once we started going I was alright.

Happy Monday kids!!!

Super busy at work today, possibly like this for the rest of the week.  Rare is the day I'm just getting on to BT at 12.30.  Anyway, it was a GREAT weekend on the training front!!!  Longest ride ever on Saturday that couldn't have gone much better.....although the last couple miles I kept getting distracted and fogetting I was supposed to be riding with a plan, and coasted & cruised through the streets.  Oops.  Long run yesterday, mostly in the pouring rain, which ended with my legs begging for mercy.  Good times though.

Well, I spent the better part of Friday afternoon wishing he might have to cancel.  No such luck.   I was pleasantly surprised though.  It went really well (or at least I think so) and I had a way better time than I expected.  I went figuring I'd have a drink, maybe 2, and hit the road after an hour....a few drinks, dinner and 4 hours later I was on my way home.
