Are you sure he can handle that?

If he doesn't, I'll send Zilla to his place to show him how.

I'm sure there are a few things Zilla could show him.

Nice.  It's enjoyable.  Take the time to fiddle with the display screens so you can figure out what you really wanna see.

Right now, mine shows lap pace, average pace, overall time, and overall distance.

I like how they tell us they have sandbaggers like that's a good thing. WTF?

That's exactly what I am interested in seeing.

I think I set it to flip through and show HR, too, but I did that more as a point of interest than anything else.  At this point, I don't even wear the strap on about half the runs.  Glad I didn't last night; I, uh, hammered it a little harder than planned.....

Eh.  I was feelin' it.  So I decided to go with it.

I felt much better afterwards, mentally and physically, so bonus.  I ripped the last 2 miles.

So I was being good last night and didn't even have a drink but woke up feeling terrible.  Don't know what is going on... Feels like the beginning of a stomach bug along with a pounding headache.  I guess it is back to drinking in the evening for me!

I always figure the doc uses alcohol to sterilize the outside, why not use it to sterilize the inside?  So far, so good.
