Great ink, Stacie!  Yes, that must have hurt!  I just got the traditional m-dot on my right calf, and I was surprised how much that bugged me.

Tukas, I vote for the segoe (sp?) font.  Very clever idea, btw.

After taking this week mostly off - swam Thurs morn and did a Bikram class in the eve - I joined the Tri Club group ride this morning.  ~50 miles w/2,500' of climb and I actually felt pretty good, averaging just a bit less than my IM pace.  I got my new power meter (Quarq) installed yesterday and I wanted to test it out (not sure what to make of it for now).  First run tomorrow morning - 10 miles in the mountains on the upcoming 50k course.  Off and running towards the next one...

Here's to hoping everyone's recovery is coming along nicely.  Looking forward to reading about how you're all getting back at it soon.

I spent a HUGE amount of time editing yesterday and today. I am missing a key piece of information however.

Great vids, Sam and Jillian!  Very inspirational, and they were right on the dot (m-dot) for the whole experience!  Hope all's going well on your book, Sam.  I've been copy/proof editor on a couple of small books, and I always have a hard time "letting go" and turning it over to the publisher ;-)
