Not really that close for this month...but med school and my awesome end of the month upper resp tract infection (which I now know the code for--460...and also depression...511...im pro...I think I am now ready to write the boards...no big deal...-NOT)  destroyed me...I look like rudolph which is pretty much fabulous! WOOO!

Now that I am in a routine my training should get along better tho!! YA!!! It was great to be on a team with you ALL!!!! Congrats to all of you for doing FANTASTIC this past month!!! NOw onto OCTOBER!!!

PS...Its cold here in Edmonton boooooooooo....

 

Already !!     It Was 104F here on the weekend .

The results are in......

In a come-from-behind final surge in training the Nads have captured first place in the September challenge!

1) Nads.................101.1% (98.25% base)
2) Fighting Okra........95.0%
3) Fighting Artichokes..90.0%
4) Chanticleers.........70.9%
5) Gorlocks.............66.7%

Congratulations to those who reached their goals. For those that were injured, heal up! For those that just slacked off, try harder next month!
