I thought it would be easy, but man, I was really sweating after the first round! I held my own and pushed through it though. Do you guys supplement your usual workouts with CF, or do you do it instead of your usual gym visits? I'm debating on whether or not the WOD is enough for me... Hi NN! I popped in because I totally love your screen name, and of course, now I have something to say. I would say that the WOD, if done properly (ie, with perfect proper form, and with no more than the rest prescribed) should kick your a$$ every day. Obviously you need to get in good SBR w/o's too, so in some cases, CF's might be MORE than you shoudl be doing if you have a hard session planned that day or the day after in one of the events. But I haven;t worked out in 10 months so what do I know Anyway, welcome, Nurd... |
